We understand that when you entrust APS to be the first face seen by your guests and members, first impressions mean everything. To insure consistent execution, all APS employees are trained in, and must conform to, the following code of standards:
- Employees are required to arrive 30-60 minutes prior to call time
- Uniforms inspected for press and cleanliness
- Buttoned down shirt or polo (seasonal)
- Vest
- Pressed trousers
- Shined hard shoes
- Name tag
- Tie
- Jacket (seasonal)
- White Gloves (when necessary)
- Appearance
- Clean Shaven
- Combed Hair
- No excessive jewelry
- Training
- Care of customer's vehicle
- No smoking, cell phone usage, or "hanging out". Staff must be lined up, waiting for customer arrival
- Greeting Manners
- Assigned “front person” communicates with management and guests
- Proper parking techniques
- Inspection of vehicle upon receipt and return
- DMV and background check performed on all employees
- Full time management team with trained and experienced supervisors
